Todd Renfrew - Board Member: Broker/Owner

California Outdoor Properties and Outdoor Properties of Nevada. ~ Licensed in California and Nevada. Todd grew up in San
Francisco, received the National Football College Hall of Fame scholarship, played four years of football at Princeton University,
and graduated with a BA degree in History. Todd comes from a family of avid outdoorsman, and the natural transition from corporate
America to land based real estate occurred in 2008 when he and wife, Marty, started California Outdoor
Properties. Todd possesses extensive knowledge of land value, agriculture, ranching, recreational

Timothy O'Neil - Board Member: Tim O'Neil is Owner / Principal Broker for

Brian Bullard - Board Member: Licensed in Pennsylvania,

1989 and developed the recreation property sales portion of the business. He is a forester and natural resource manager
by education and training. He holds both a bachelors and masters degree in forestry and resource management from the
State University of NY College of Environmental Science & Forestry (SUNY ESF). For the past 25 years, he has helped
landowners meet their objectives of improving their properties for both forestry and wildlife. He works with many individuals
as well as fish and game/Rod & Gun clubs to meet other recreational goals for their properties. It is this passion for the
outdoors that led him into the recreational real estate business. Being an avid hunter, fisherman, hiker, skier, snowmobiler

Tim Keohane - Board Member: Licensed in Michigan and Wisconsin. Tim Keohane has been active as a Licensed Realtor since 1991, and became a Broker in 1995. He has owned and operated offices in Michigan's Upper Peninsula since 1993. In 1994, he took over the management of the office in L'Anse, Michigan, now known as Great Lakes & Land Real Estate Company. Curtis
Trousdale – Board Member: Licensed in
Vermont and New Hampshire. Curtis grew up enjoying the New Hampshire outdoors and was an avid back country
and downhill skier, hiker and ice climber with a passion for hunting and the shooting sports. Curtis graduated
top of his class with a degree in Architectural Engineering. Known throughout VT and NH as The Land Guy,
Curtis’s knowledge of land is second to none. He has worked on some of the largest land deals in his territory
with expertise in land development and subdivision, farming, timber investment and the essential world of recreational
real estate. Curtis’s many years in the business has led to his expertise in large acreage and luxury estates.
These property types often include the need for forest and habitat management, and a strong understanding of working
farms and sugaring. With the increasing trend toward renewable energy, Curtis’s ability to evaluate property for
these purposes has been invaluable for the wind and solar industries. Curtis runs a small hunting club and farm in Northern
NY and he and his wife regularly travel nationally and international to hunt. When it comes to land and large acreage
